For account help, contact us from an address associated with your account, if available. We will help verify account control without asking for your password or sign-in codes.

Before you write
How do I restore my purchases?
Use the store account that made the purchase, then use PetPip's Restore purchases option. Restoration is subject to purchase verification and account ownership. If access is still missing, email us with your device and App version. Please don't send payment-card details or passwords.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose PetPip. For a Google Play purchase, manage it through Google Play subscriptions. Deleting the app or your PetPip account does not cancel a store subscription.
Where do I ask for a refund?
Cancellation and refunds are separate. For an Apple-billed purchase, follow Apple's refund request process. For a Google Play purchase, follow Google Play's refund guidance, which may direct you to the developer. Eligibility depends on the purchase, store policy, and country or region; a request does not guarantee approval.
How do I delete my account?
Open PetPip's account menu and choose Delete account. If you cannot access the app, email us to start a request. We need to verify account control before acting; sending an email does not mean deletion is complete.

What happens to my photos and drawings?
When you request AI creation, your submitted creative input is sent for processing using the generation services described in our Privacy Policy. AI results can change details and are not exact copies, so keep your originals. Read the Privacy Policy for providers, storage, retention, and your choices.
Do iPhone and Android have the same screen-pet features?
On iPhone, PetPip uses Home Screen widgets and Live Activities, with Dynamic Island on supported devices. Android uses a floating pet with supported display permissions. These surfaces work differently and depend on device and system settings.
